Midday Reset
When you feel scattered or overwhelmed, use your Mindful Timer for a brief three-minute breathing practice. Pull a practice card for a quick awareness exercise you can do right at your desk or wherever you are.
Evening Reflection
Close your day with journaling. Reflect on moments of presence you experienced, challenges you faced, and insights you gained. Use the timer for an evening meditation to release the day's tensions.
Weekly Review
Set aside time each week to review your journal entries, noticing patterns in your awareness practice. Identify which practice cards resonated most and explore similar techniques in greater depth.
